In 1999, Taiwanese-Americans Ben Liao and April Tsao founded Signet Tours in Los Angeles. At the time, good tour choices for the Chinese-American community were sparse, so the goal was simple: in light of an unknown future, they wanted to ensure that every VIP who chose a Signet tour would be confident and assured before departing and experience a worthwhile trip upon returning.
In 2008, Supera Tours was born as the sister brand for English-speaking travelers with the same simple intentions – to make it easy for travelers to find a trustworthy tour company, and to provide the highest quality, most worthwhile tours for all.
Though our two brands serve different markets, we still closely follow our organization’s original philosophy to accomplish this goal: obsess in designing and operating all details of our products from beginning to end to ensure our guests the experiences of a lifetime.
Through persistence and faith, we continue to strive to fulfill our promise every day. Each itinerary is meticulously designed, from big details like inspection of the destination, training of our guides, to smaller things like the specific orientation of each hotel room, and the taste of each dish, including the thoroughness of our service to guests during the journey... and we are blessed to see the results have paid off. Today, our organization has grown to include offices in the US, Canada, Taiwan, and China, a team of over 60 elite tour guides around the world, tours to five continents, and hundreds of thousands of happy travelers.
Together with our guests, we’ve journeyed to Everest, enjoyed the mystery of Machu Picchu in the quiet uncrowded morning, admired the beauty of Fuji, and made wonderful friends along the way… Good travel is an art that enhances the color and texture of life.
