Dear Fellow Travelers

The current COVID-19 situation has disrupted plans for many people who want to travel. To help our guests better plan their schedules, effective immediately, we have temporarily adjusted our policies to let you book worry free. 

Please be mindful of basic prevention methods and stay safe and healthy!

 

For tours departing on or after Nov 1, 2020:

5-Star Flex Policy

 

  1. We refund 100% of tour fees if you cancel up to 30 days prior to departure.
  2. Once reservations are confirmed, please pay deposit within 7 days. Balance due 60 days from departure (If reserving within 60 days, full payment due within 5 days). 
  3. Please note you will be responsible for airfare cancellation/change fees.
  4. Terms may be adjusted at any time in response to the current epidemic. If an adjustment is made, guests with reservations will be notified, and you may decide to keep or cancel your reservations for a full refund within 7 days.

 

For tours departing before Nov 1, 2020:

  1. We will do our best to work with you on rescheduling.
  2. If not possible, your land tour will be fully refunded. 
  3. If a third-party penalty is involved and cannot be waived, we will compensate you in the form of a future travel credit up to $350 per person (no expiration, transferable, non-combinable with other promotions).
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE YOUR TRIP
  1. You may transfer your booking to an alternate tour without penalty up to 30 day prior to departure. Please note you will be responsible for third-party penalties.
  2. Changes within 30 days of departure, special charters, or tours to South America are subject to standard cancellations.
ANY PRIOR RESOLUTIONS WILL BE HONORED.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADJUST THIS POLICY SHOULD CONDITIONS CHANGE.

 

 

 

For the safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees, we have decided to implement extra security measures by having our colleagues work from home to follow home isolation protocols. Our physical offices in Los Angeles and Vancouver are closed to visitors until further notice. Of course, we're still happy to help!
